What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a type of foot massage used to relieve problems in the rest of the body. This method of massage uses a variety of techniques to release congestion in nerve pathways and promotes relaxation throughout the body. Reflexology seeks to balance the body to relieve pain.

You are likely to see better results after regular reflexology sessions, so some clients may do better visiting more often than others.
